DR. SUZANNE HAYNES
Founder of Belle Vitale Wellness | Personal Trainer | Fitness Instructor | Women's Health Advocate
Suzanne Haynes, PhD, spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, coaching women in her garage alongside it for 5 years, before opening Belle Vitale Wellness in Llanover - a women-only studio for small-group strength coaching built around a woman's body and real life.
Suzanne's taught huge classes over the years and was always particular about technique, even though there was only so much she could do about it in a room that full - now the classes are small, Suzanne and her coaches can really concentrate on technique, and you'll constantly hear her saying “crown of the head towards the ceiling” 😉
Her qualifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition, Women's Fitness Specialist, Sports Performance and Nutrition, Pre and Postnatal Fitness, Menopause and Exercise and Youth Exercise Specialist.
A mum, step-mum, scientist, coach and co-author, Suzanne knows how hard it can be to put yourself first, and how much changes when you finally do.
Her mission? To redefine what wellness looks and feels like for every woman, at every stage.

AIMEE PASKELL
Coach at Belle Vitale Wellness
Aimee’s a fully qualified Level 2 gymnastics coach, and Aimee’s been at it for 10 years now.
As a competitive artistic gymnast herself, Aimee really knows her stuff when it comes to balance, body control and moving with confidence.
Aimee’s worked with everyone from tiny beginners to young competitive athletes, ages 4 all the way up to 16, and has this lovely knack of meeting everyone exactly where they are and quietly bringing out their best.
Oh, and Aimee has taught gymnastics out at Camp America, and come winter she's off enjoying the ski season, much to our disappointment, but obviously wanting the best for her.

SKY LIDDLE
Coach at Belle Vitale Wellness | Fitness Instructor | Women’s Health & Strength Advocate
Sky is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with a background in psychology and women’s mental health. Her early career included working within a women’s mental health unit, where she developed a deep understanding of the connection between movement, wellbeing and everyday mental health.
This experience led her into the fitness industry, where Sky has worked across a range of environments including PureGym, The Gym Group and a digital fitness platform, delivering both small group training and one-to-one coaching.
Alongside this, Sky has also worked as a wellbeing coach in schools across Newport, supporting young people with their health and wellbeing.
Sky is particularly passionate about helping women build strength, confidence and sustainable fitness habits that support both their physical and mental wellbeing. Her coaching style is supportive, encouraging and focused on helping women feel capable and empowered through movement.
ALECS MACLENNAN
Fitness Instructor at Belle Vitale Wellness
Alecs is a fitness class and gym instructor and a pelvic floor coach with a huge passion for women’s wellness.
After having her son, Alecs realised strength training was the key to postnatal recovery, so trained as a Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor and has been helping expecting and new mums feel their strongest ever since.
Alecs has also trained with Adore Your Pelvic Floor and Menopause Movement so can support women at every stage of life and motherhood, and is working towards her Level 3 PT qualification.
With her love of movement and music, Alecs’s classes will leave you feeling strong, energised and happy.

SHANNON JONES
Coach at Belle Vitale Wellness
Shannon graduated from Worcester University in 2024, and is now working towards her Level 3 PT qualification. Shannon's worked with children in sport since she was 14, from her first job as a sports instructor at her local leisure centre to being the go-to for PE and exercise at the school where she now works.
Shannon's a runner through and through - running got her through Covid, and in 2025 ran her first half marathon in memory of her bamp, raising £752 for Alzheimer's Society. Shannon's training towards her first marathon in 2028, and since 2022 has fallen in love with hybrid training too, with the gym growing her confidence as much as her strength.
Shannon was once told she wasn't built for sport, and growing up she rarely saw young women coaching, so wants every woman to know there's a place for her in fitness.
Shannon's caring, positive and loves a laugh, and wants to be the coach you can ask anything, because no question is ever silly. Outside the studio you'll find her outdoors with her family, friends and dogs, usually with some chocolate close by 😂
