Kay Worrall is a qualified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and nutrition coach with a lifelong passion for movement and wellbeing. From playing team sports in her youth to competing in running, cycling, and triathlon events, Kay has always embraced an active lifestyle, but it was discovering strength training that truly changed everything.
Curious about the benefits of lifting for women but unsure where to start, Kay began working with Suzanne Haynes and quickly found herself hooked. The confidence, energy, and empowerment she gained through personal training led her to retrain in 2023, while continuing her full-time career in the food industry, being a parent, and fitting in her own workouts.
Kay is now a YMCA-certified Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and holds a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Health, Wellness & Sports Performance. Her approach is realistic, compassionate, and rooted in helping women feel strong and capable in both body and mind.
She believes diet and exercise are about so much more than appearance; they’re essential tools for feeling good, staying resilient, and thriving through life’s demands. Whether you're returning to exercise, building strength, or navigating life’s changes, Kay is passionate about making wellness accessible and enjoyable.
Now a practising PT and small group instructor, Kay is thrilled to be part of Belle Vitale Wellness and excited to help other women write their next chapter, with strength, support, and a whole lot of heart.
